As we are committed to delivering your order at the earliest possible time, we can only allow a 10-minute time frame after the order is placed for changes or cancellations.

Yes! All tracking information will be sent out in your confirmation email once the order ships.

Once we receive your order, we will process your order and send it out for shipping. We deliver via Canada Post and general delivery times vary between 2-7 days. Due to higher volumes and COVID restrictions, customer may experience further delays.

For all orders CAD $50 and above, shipping is free. For any orders under CAD $50, the shipping fee will be order dependent, based on weight, volume, and recipient’s location.
